IHMS Staff

Erica is the President, Director of Operations, and a Founding Partner of IHMS. She has been a registered Physical Therapist for 25-plus years, is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator and Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. Her passion is working as a resource for employers to implement injury prevention strategies to improve employee wellness. These services include problem-solving workplace injury risks, ergonomic evaluations, stretch programs, employee training, job analyses, and individual employee consultations/coaching. She is also an instructor for Matheson Training Associates, providing training for clinicians attending the Functional Capacity Certification, ADAAA Job Analysis, Post Offer Pre-Employment Training, and Ergonomic Certification. She is currently the on-site Physical Therapist and Ergonomic Specialist for Keurig, Collins Aerospace, and Vermont Electric Power Company. Email: erica@ihmspt.com 

Charles is the Vice President and Sales Director of IHMS. He is a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Vermont and New York for 20-plus years. He has vast experience working with businesses on injury prevention efforts and ergonomics. His clinical focus has primarily been working with individuals who have work-related injuries and in ergonomics. He works closely with off-site facilities such as Green Mountain Power, Perrigo, Rhino Foods, Alstom, Mold-Rite Plastics, Camso/Michelin, and Nova Bus/Volvo in providing a mixture of on-site injury prevention programs. He is a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist and Work Capacity Evaluator and is often contracted in the legal arena as an expert witness. Email: charles@ihmspt.com 

Ashley is a licensed Physical Therapist in the states of Vermont and New York. She graduated from the University of Vermont with both a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. She is currently the on-site Physical Therapist and Ergonomic Specialist for Collins Aerospace, Green Mountain Power, Teknor, and Vermont Teddy Bear. Ashley has been trained in Zero Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy, and yoga-based therapeutic exercise. Ashley has been a member of the IHMS team since 2008. Email: ashley@ihmspt.com 

Mike graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, and from Bay State College with an associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. Off-site he works closely with companies, such as Green Mountain Power, Weidmann, Vermont Electric Power Company, GlobalFoundries, Rhino Foods, Darn Tough, Vermont Creamery, and Heritage (Ford/Toyota) in providing Ergonomic Evaluations, on-site therapy, Post Offer Pre-Employment Screens, Job Analyses, and injury prevention programs. His focus is outpatient orthopedic physical therapy as well as promotion of workplace wellness and injury prevention. Mike has been a member of the IHMS team since 2015.

Jeremy is a graduate of Keene State College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He is a licensed Athletic Trainer bringing nearly 30 years of experience and skills with him. In addition to working in the high school and collegiate sports settings, Jeremy worked in professional sports as Head Athletic Trainer for the Connecticut Sun (WNBA) and New England Black Wolves (NLL). He specializes in identifying improper movement patterns and establishing corrective strategies to mitigate acute and chronic orthopedic issues. At IHMS, Jeremy works with the work hardening/work conditioning team and provides on-site athletic training services. Off-site Jeremy works closely with Green Mountain Power, the police departments of Burlington and South Burlington, as well as the Burlington Fire Department. Jannick graduated from McGill University in Montreal Canada in 2012 and has been working as a physical therapist in the area of orthopedics ever since. After starting her career in Montreal at a clinic specializing in Global Postural Reeducation and temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, she then began to work for a large health network in South Jersey called Virtua Health. She became the lead physical therapist at one of their clinics and obtained her specialty certification as a certified cervical and temporomandibular therapist (CCTT) with the physical therapy board of cranio-cervical therapeutics (PTBCCT). She has supplemental training in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation which she utilizes along with traditional manual therapies, functional exercises geared towards helping patients and clients meet their rehab goals and improve their quality of life.  

Shawn graduated with his master’s degree in Athletic Training from Rowan University. During his graduate education, Shawn completed a thesis evaluating the effectiveness of manual therapy techniques in college athletes. He is a licensed Athletic Trainer in Vermont and New York and also a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. He provides on-site services to companies such as Ethan Allen, Rhino Foods, City of Burlington, and Green Mountain Power. Shawn has a passion for health and wellness and hopes to have a positive impact on as many people as possible during his career. Shawn joined the IHMS team in the Fall of 2023. Email: shawn@ihmspt.com

Danni is a Certified Athletic Trainer in the states of Vermont and New York. She received her B.S. in Athletic training from the University of Vermont and her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. She has worked with high school, college and adaptive-sport athletes for 15 years in management, recognition, treatment, and most importantly, prevention of orthopedic injuries. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities maintain wellness and a physically active lifestyle through work and play. Outside of work she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, soccer and biking. Danni currently provides on-site services to companies such as Mold-Rite Plastics, Camso/Michelin, Darn Tough, Green Mountain Power and the City of Burlington. Email: danni@ihmspt.com

Lillian graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from St. Lawrence University. She is also a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. Off-site she works primarily with Collins Aerospace and Green Mountain Power, as well as with the work hardening/work conditioning program in the clinic. Her interest in physical therapy began after a string of injuries as a collegiate rower which led her to a passion for preventative services and helping people maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle. Jeff graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and undergraduate degrees from the University of Vermont. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. He transferred to UVM from the University of Costa Rica, enjoying over three years abroad studying Spanish and engaging with the local population. He enjoys soccer, tennis, swimming, and running, and loves traveling with friends and family. Off-site, he works primarily with Collins Aerospace, Green Mountain Power, Perrigo Nutritionals, and Cabot Cheese. Amy graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science, and from the University of Vermont with a Master's in Physical Therapy.  She is also a Certified Ergonomic Specialist.  She has worked closely with companies such as: Mylan Technologies, Lane Press, Heritage Ford and Toyota, and Engelberth Construction in providing preventative services, baseline testing, post offer pre-employment screening, and physical therapy.  She is skilled in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with extensive knowledge in the rehabilitation of work and repetitive motion injuries, sports-related injuries, and manual therapies.  Amy has been a member of the IHMS team since 2003.

Penny has been part of the IHMS Admin team since its inception.

Meg has been part of the IHMS Admin team since 2023.
